Online Bill Pay/Credit Card/Debit Card
You have 3 different options to make online payments. The first option is online billing. This method will allow you to view invoices, total amounts paid, make changes, sign up for direct withdrawal and paperless billing.
The second option for making payments to the Toledo Water Company is Quick Pay. This option offers customers a quicker way to view account balances and payments received.
The third option goes directly through Paymentus. This option doesn’t give you any account details just an option to make a payment. This method is perfect for you if you already have a billing statement and you just want to make an online payment direct versus bill pay.
Over the phone payments can be made by calling 866-417-0726. You can use a credit or debit card over the phone.

After you have registered, you will be able to access your utility account. You can view invoices and balances due, make a payment, sign up and make changes to your bank plan, change contact information and register for paperless billing.
You must apply in person or over the phone. When applying, you will need to complete a new service application, provide a photo ID and make an appointment for DPU to read the inside meter.

You must call 419-245-1800 to schedule a final meter reading and pay off all outstanding Toledo Water Department account balances.

Senior Water Discount
The senior water discount is available for primary single family home owners in the City of Toledo. Home owners must be 65 years or older. If disabled, you may also qualify for this program.
