Will my monthly bill look different than the quarterly ones?
No, the bills look the same. They cover a shorter period of time.
Do I have to pay any fees if I decide to pay online or using the phone?
No, there are no additional fees for customers who use online or phone payments. You can use your credit card, debit card, checking or savings account to pay online or via phone.
My first monthly bill is higher than my quarterly bills, is this normal?
If your first monthly bill is higher than your quarterly bills, that is because you have a past due balance on your account. The first monthly bill arrives 30 days after the last quarterly bill and if you haven’t yet settled the quarterly bill, your past due balance will appear on the first monthly bill.
When do monthly bills become past due?
Just like quarterly bills, monthly bills become due within 20 days of the bill date.
